HOW TO ORDER
Just send us an email with the titles of the books and/or series numbers and we will send you an invoice for the total. US Shipping is free. Please enquire about shipping to other destinations. All major credit and debit cards and PayPal accepted. Please complete your payment in US Dollars or UK Pounds Sterling..
SHIPPING TIMES & LOCAL CARRIERS
Please allow around 2-4 weeks for delivery. For US seasonal holiday orders we advise placing your order by the middle of November to ensure delivery for the Christmas period when our distributors are at their busiest. For other destinations, it's advisable to order in October or early November to ensure your order arrives in time.
Our main shipping partners are UPS and DHL depending on your location.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY COPIES
We will generally replace damaged or faulty copies of our titles. A digital photograph of the damage is advisable to present to our distributors.
NEW TITLES NOT YET FEATURED ON OUR WEBSITE
We try to keep the CBP website up-to-date, but there is sometimes an inevitable delay between new titles being published and those being featured on our site. If you've seen or been asked about one of our titles which is currently available from an online bookseller or wholesaler (Amazon, B&N, Ingram etc.) or local bookstore, just include the title of the book on your email order along with the other titles you wish order in.
TRADE DISCOUNT INELIGIBILITY
Members of the public without a physical business address ordering as individuals are ineligible for a trade discount.
